Dear Fellow Christians Find yourself hating other people? Stop! "Let all that you do be done in love." 1 Corinthians 16:14 “But I say to you who hear, Love your enemies, do good to those who hate you" Luke 6:27 "Get rid of all bitterness, rage, anger, harsh words, and slander, as well as all types of evil behavior." Ephesians 4:31 "Bless those who persecute you; bless and do not curse them." Romans 12:14 "Do not repay evil for evil or reviling for reviling, but on the contrary, bless, for to this you were called, that you may obtain a blessing." 1 Peter 3:9 Find yourself judging other people? Stop “Judge not, that you be not judged. For with the judgment you pronounce you will be judged, and with the measure you use it will be measured to you." Matthew 7:1-2 "Therefore you have no excuse, O man, every one of you who judges. For in passing judgment on another you condemn yourself, because you, the judge, practice the very same things." Romans 2:1 "And as they continued to ask him, he stood up and said to them, “Let him who is without sin among you be the first to throw a stone at her.” John 8:7 "But the Lord said to Samuel, “Do not look on his appearance or on the height of his stature, because I have rejected him. The one who speaks against a brother or judges his brother, speaks evil against the law and judges the law. But if you judge the law, you are not a doer of the law but a judge. There is only one lawgiver and judge, he who is able to save and to destroy. But who are you to judge your neighbor? James 4:11-12 "Do not rejoice when your enemy falls, and let not your heart be glad when he stumbles," Proverbs 24:17 Find yourself being hypocritical? Stop! You hypocrite, first take the log out of your own eye, and then you will see clearly to take the speck out of your brother's eye. We are to renew our minds and actions to be more like Jesus. What are our actions saying, about where our hearts are right now?
